   At our warehouse location.

-   Is there a shipping cost?
    No shipping cost.

-  How do I create an account?
   You can create online account or call our office.

-  If I do not have an account can i still order parts?
   As a guest and we will view the order and get back to you with prices

-  What happens if i get the wrong part?
  You can reorder the correct part on line again or call the office and let the    office staff know about it.

-  What happens if i receive the part damaged?
  Call the office staff and make them aware of the situation with the first part    and then a replacement part will be sent.

-   Is there a core charge?
    There is no core charge, we do not require cores back

-  What is not covered by the warranty?
  Anything that is not caused by manufactures defect that is not reported in    the first 24 hours of delivery and also any mishandling of the part after it has    been delivered

-   Is labor covered?
    No we don’t cover labor cost.
